Anyone can date. You just can't have sex if you are over 18 and with an under age kid.

There is no legal age that two people can date. There is a law against a minor ( person under 18) to have sex with an adult. But nothing about simply dating another person.

I cannot say for all states or countries, but in Virginia and Maine I know that neither state has a law about the age to date. Having sex of course is another matter when one is a minor and one is considered an adult.

"Date" or "screw"? The latter would vary from state to state. As for the former, there are no laws addressing this.

As soon as their parents let them. There are no age restrictions on dating.

isn't that up to your parents if you are under 18.....dating isn't illegal....
