The opposite of selfish is non-selfish because non means not. Buyfish, I don't know the meaning of but it is not the opposite of selfish.

Selfish and selfless are opposites.
"-ish" is the suffix not "-fish."
However, changing the endings does not always guarantee words will be opposites. Shameful and shameless both describe something that invokes shame.
