If you're a girl you can't even imagine the pain that the seam in a guy's pants can cause if it happens to end up pressing into one of his balls as he sits down. Giving the pants legs a little shake loosens the underwear so the equipment hangs where it should and the pants seam (hopefully) comes between the balls or to one side of both. Next time you see a guy sit check out where the three bulges are and you will understand the reason.

Because some males just cant sit still sometimes, gives them something to concentrate on if there isnt anything else, a few of my guy friends do it, and Ill do it too sometimes.

not just guys shake their legs. I do and i am a girl . . . I just get antsy and built up energy needs to get used and stuff. I do it subconsiously though not on purpose it just happens. My whole family does it. SO its not just guys.
