If a sphere 20 feet in diameter enclosed a vacuum and weighed 300 lb. What amazing property would it possess?

I believe it would be lighter than air, although I haven't done the math. A 20 ft diameter sphere is displacing a lot of air... probably more than 300 lbs worth. Sorry, too lazy to do the calculation right now.

Assuming the sphere is made of an infinitely thin material of infinite strength no doubt.

You find those at Sears, right next to the frictionless pulleys and the massless ropes....

That's just about the size of a hot air balloon, so without working out the calculations, I say it could rise like one, like waywrdsun said.
