You can do the spoon in the water trick. The spoon looks tilted in the water. It's an optical illusion due to the water properties.

How about checking on the drag coefficient of things under water, and what shape best goes through water when dropped, or pushed. I think you will be surprised with the results.

If you are doing a sciencce fair easy and good ones are Testing people. For instance seeing which people can hear what sounds or how color affects memory.
