to delete files- go to your start menu at the bottom left corner, click once; this will show your options to go to; click once on all buttons at the bottom; in the list to the right click once on control panel; this will show you the categories unless your on the classic view, either way it will show the add/remove; click once on this and it will show you all of the programs downloaded on your computer, scan through list and choose the program/s you want to remove, click on what you want to remove and this will remove it- internet options is on your control panel options also- to help clean up your computer go to start , select all programs then click on accessories on the right, this will show you options, but click on system tools, then on disc clean up, this will help speed up your computer; do this like once a day its quick; but after that go back to system tools and click on disk defragmenter ; this is the most important thing you need to do at least once a month or more, depends on how much you use your computer; it will take some time to perform but it is the most important to keep your computer running faster, start it before you go to bed and it should be done in the morning if not sooner, depends on your computer- good luck :)

use CCleaner to clean ur cookies and delete ur temporary internet files.
also it cleans ur history and support many applications not only the internet explorer or firefox.
