At this point, Oakland or Detroit will have the #1 overall pick ... and Troy Smith will be taken at the top. Either team could use a solid rookie QB to rebuild their team around, and Troy Smith would fit in either scheme quite well.

i say mid to early first round. he has good leadership abilities, hes accurate, can avoid pressure, and has a strong arm. he has all the things a good QB needs except for one thing. his height may be a problem. he's only 6'0" which is relatively small for NFL QB's. hes been successful in college but the D-line is a little bigger in the NFL and he may have a problem looking over them.

i say at the lowest, 15th pick...and this is coming from a HUGE Buckeye and Troy Smith fan.

Should be around Top 5 if not Top 10

Depends on need of course. I think he'll be the 2nd QB taken and by the Lions in the top 5. I think the Raiders like Quinn and Stanton better.

Well, some of it depends on the BCS national championship. But if the draft were tomorrow, he would get drafted first. He lead his team to the championship game, and they went undefeated. Brady Quinn looked like a possiblity for first pick early on, but not after the Fighting Irish lost to USC.

i think of he gets taken style of a hundredth to 199th familiar by way of fact of ways short he's and he has the soccer knolege of Michael Vick (which isnt a sturdy element). he's short for the common QB, seem at JaMarcus Russell 6'8", Ben Roethlisberger 6'5" Peyton Manning 6'3" that's tall for a QB and in recent times what you p.c. for a QB is a tall one, a cellular one, and a smart one All Troy Smith has going for him is that hes cellular

Top 3. The way he would probaly go lower is because of his height at his position.
