It would be Casino Royale 2 because their haven't been any sequels to Bond films in the past. And besides the MGM group who put together most of the Bond films are waiting to see the success rate of the film and if the new Bond is good enough to do another Bond movie.

It is still being called Bond 22. They have used all of the Ian Fleming works and titles already (some more than once), so no specific working title is in place. The assumption is that it will be a "more direct" sequel. See IMDB for Casino Royale and look at Trivia.

They haven't decided what to name it yet (although they are calling it Bond 22 for the time being).
The tag-line at the end of a James Bond film used to always give the name of the next film, but I believe the tag line at the end of Casino Royale simply says 'James Bond will return'.
Interesting fact: The tag-line at the end of 'The Spy Who Loves Me' mentions 'For Your Eyes Only', but the next film was actually 'Moonraker' so they could cash in on the success of Star Wars.

There is no title yet. It is being refered to simply as "Bond 22" (the 22nd Bond film). It will have Daniel Craig again.

It's not been announced yet, but it starts filming at the end of next year,
Daniel Craig was on Parkinson and he said something like "they've killed his girl and now he needs revenge" suggesting to me that's they're thinking of a direct sequel ?? making a new breed of super villany like the SMERSH in the books or SPECTRE in the early films??

I thought they had run out of the bond stories so anything that they make now will not be based even slightly on any story by Fleming
