I don't know what ccd is, but I've gone outside with wet hair with no ill effects. I lived in NY for many years and went out when it was chilly, but not freezing cold, with damp hair and was ok. Obviously if it's really windy, you'll get the effects of "nature's hair dryer" .

I do it all the time. As a matter of fact it's in the mid 20's here in Middle Tennessee and I did it a little while ago. You can't get sick going outside with wet hair in the cold unless there is a virus present in the air where you walk. It's a fact, so don't worry, you should be alright.

I usually leave the house all the time with my hair still wet. I don't do it when the weather is real cold though. It gives me chills when I go out and the weather is too cold and my hair is wet.

I always go out with a "wet head." It's amazing I don't even feel cold in the wintertime. It won't harm you to go outside if your hair is wet.

I use to take swim lessons at the Y when I was younger (in the winter!) so after swimming I would go outside and my hair would freeze! haha it was funny :)

I do it all the time, whenever I am running late. But it doesn't get to freezing temps here. Do it whichever way will not make you late.
