Do you mean dimensions?

Measure in one direction, there are three dimensions in space. Time is usually counted as the fourth dimension.

Science-fiction wise or new age, they usually use dimension as universe, i.e. each dimension is a different world/universe separate from the one we know and separate from other dimensions.

Or do you mean dementia?

According to Merriam Webster, that is not a word. Is it possible you meant dimensions?

Do you mean "dimensions?" Dimensions of something are its measurements--it's height, width, depth, circumference, volume, etc.
