I'm interested in buying a few caravans for letting out to holiday makers.

I'll buy on a holiday park so all facillities are catered for but what legislation / rules are in place for the actual caravans? Do they need to be inspected / certificated? Can they only be a certain number of years old? If so, how old?

Thanks for your help.

they need to have gas and electric tests and conform to the tourist board standard.they have to be well equipped with cooking and eating utensils.they have to have duvets but they bring own covers and sheets.they have to be cleaned after each letting.they can be old (as long as they are not the old dry vans)if they are clean and in good condition
