I just got some new cards that I already have in my deck should I add them, if I do should I remove some cards?:

CAN I SUMMON ROYAL MAGICAL LIBRARY IN FACE UP DEFENSE MODE, CUZ I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO B ATTACKED IF I WANT TO ACTIVATE ITS EFFECT, OR CAN I FLIP IT FACE UP DEFENSE MODE ON MY NEXT TURN

You need to tighten this deck up. The deck is simply to general to succeed. Dark Magician is always a good theme as long as you focus on only a few Dark Magician support cards. Trying to fit Dark Magician Knight, Dark Magician Girl, and Dark Paladin in one deck is a recipe for disaster. Believe me, I tried it. The only other good Spellcaster decks are Spellcaster/Warrior. and Gravekeeper's.

To answer your other question: No you can't play Royal Magical Library in face-up defense mode. You can either Set a monster in face-down defense mode or normal summon a monster in face-up attack mode. Special summons are allowed to be in defense mode unless otherwise stated(i.e. Premature Burial, Call of The Haunted, etc). Also, when you flip summon a monster it must go to face-up attack mode.

It looks like you need more work on this. You have 21 spell and traps, while you only have 19 monsters, and only 14 (if I'm counting right) of them are LV 4 or lower. Not to mention you only have 5 traps.

The point is, your LV4 or lower monster to spell/trap ratio (14:40) is pretty bad. And with search monsters thinning your deck, it will be near impossible to win a duel, regardless of all the good spells you have in here.

take out the sages stone and dark magic attack. they will ALWAYS get in ur way if u dont have a dark magician girl/ dark magician. other than that, awsome deck.

hecks yes add skilled dark magician to ur deck. high in attack and some def. do NOT add the others.

You have a awesomedeck but you should expand your types because you know there are cards that can stand up to your deck. Like my blue eyes shining dragon.Oh and you should get three rare cards one is yu-jo friend ship get the shonjen jump manga for september you will see.
