If by Who you mean what team then Yes it's Montreal with 24,
If Who means what player it is Henri Richard (of the Habs) with 11.
And the 3rd option is Jean Beliveau who has won it 10 times as a player and 7 times as management for a total of 17.
Actually lidstroms#1fan Plante only has his name on the cup 5 times with Montreal 56, 57, 58, 59 & 60 He came close again in 68 with St Louis but his old team the Habs took that one too!
