I think that life is meant for living all the way through. If we shortcut, we miss the bad, like me just twisting my knee, but we also miss the good, like getting closer to people through troubles. Shortcuts, to me at least, seem to be more bad then good, because by shortcutting all the problems we don't mature on our own, which is necessary to enjoy life.

Nope! I want to take the scenic route. I realize I may hit a few potholes and have a fender-bender or two, but I might miss that great view of the ocean or miss seeing that field of wildflowers. No shortcuts for me on the road of life : )

HELL YEA... for sure... y wudnt i take a shortcut if i had one.. it wud beat wasting all my time on something if i know it leads me to nowhere... or if it does lead me to somewhere great.. than i wud rather get there faster then wasting my time to get there!
