Usually in the third trimester!
This is your bodies way of saying "All systems go"
Making sure that your body is going to "function" as a mother during labor and after giving birth.

Your breasts should not be leaking during pregnancy. Your milk will not come in until about 2 days post partum (after delivery).
The more you nurse, the more milk you will produce. Until that time, there shouldn't be any leaking. If there is, you need to contact your OB/GYN.

In the third trimester my boobs would put out liquid if I pushed them. I have a friend for whom this happened from the second trimester.
Cheers,
Ruby
