What I found was Dudly was established as a Harley dealer in 1914, and Kegel was established as a Harley Dealer in 1923, when they brought out a dealer in Rockford. They claim to be the oldest dealership under the same family name.

Somebody might have to call Harley Davidson. This is a good quesiton.

I'm going with Dudley Perkins Harley-Davidson. I'm assuming a dealer has to still be in business to qualify as an answer.

I don't understand the answer that said Mueller's in 1919 Dudley was 1914 isn't that first?

If you are looking for the first place they sold Harley's it would be from it's humble begenings in a small garden shed in 1903 in Milwaukee, but the first Harley dealer was A.G. Mueller's garage in around 1919, also in Milwaukee, WI.
