At 11 weeks you may start to experience excess salvia. Weight gain is important to accommodate the baby's weight, increase blood volume, the placenta, the amniotic fluid. You are almost 3 months pregnant.
Age of your fetus - 9 Weeks

How Big is your Baby
The crown to rump length of your baby by this week will be 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches, 4.4-6cm and the fetal weight of your baby is about 8g, which is about the size of a large lime.

How Big are you
Unfortunately while big changes are taking place with your baby, they are happening more slowly with you. You are almost at the end of your first trimester, your uterus has been growing along with your baby and will almost fill your pelvis. It can be felt in your lower abdomen, above the middle of our pubic bone.

How is your baby growing and developing
Fetal growth is rapid now and your baby's crown to rump length will double in length. At this stage your baby's head is almost double the length of your baby's entire length. As the head straightens the chin lifts from it's chest and the neck will start to strengthen and develop.

External genitalia are beginning to show distinguishing features, and by the end of the next few weeks the transformation into either a boy or a girl will be complete.

If i am not mistaken, at 11 weeks your baby is still just ounces. There are no milestones other than enjoy your pregnancy. You are considered 3 months at 12 weeks.
