You are probably not leaving the iron on one spot long enough. It could be that your iron is too cold. When using this product put the iron down on the cloth for 15 sec. then lift and move to the next spot until you have down the whole area. If you can't still get it to work try it on a piece of scrap material. It could be too old or ???

If your talking about the heavy embroidery peel-on we iron from the inside, the peel-on would be on the outside then or backward. We do a lot of quilts, with this I get jackets, pants etc., from kids that want one thing or the other and we had to start doing it from the opposite side, I also go around it with invisible thread, works wonders. If you try this use a fine zig-zag stitch.

if you are unable to get it to iron on then just sew it or get the glue from wallmarts or craft shop that glues facric together and is washable.
