Looking for a safe neighborhood in one of these to raise a family. Could only afford about 150K- 200K. What neighborhoods are best! I want to be able to take my kids out and be safe.

Check out city-data.com. They have all of the demographics for every city in the country. I think both of those communities are pretty safe. We looked down there when we were moving to Texas but decided on a Dallas suburb instead.
