It doesn't have to be material, you don't even have to exclusively own it. This definition of possession is in the broadest sense. All it has to be is something you enjoy and benefit from.

A fantastically jewelled orange chiffon top from Monsoon... and a 2ltr bottle of Orangina that is permanently in my fridge. Oh, and the wonderfully tasteful burnt orange ottoman that I have in place of a coffee table in my sitting room - so comfortable to put my feet on and it looks damn foxy. Literally!
Oh - and completely forgot to mention my mother, who has an addiction to cheap fake tan - she's permanently orange, but does she count as a possession? Because I'd count her as a favourite, if that's the case...

My Orange mobile! I di not like the colour of orange but my little Orange T mobile has been a good and faithfull servant for the last 8 years. So it gets my vote.

Tangerine pulp. Every morning my daughter and I go out in back and pick some tangerines off the little tree. We peel them, then take the segments apart and then we strip off the casing really carefully and indulge in the juicy luscious pulp!

My Maths text book that I used to study O Level mathematics at evening classes. I like it because it reminds me of a time when I chose to start making something of my life. It also reminds me that todays mathematics is so easy in comparison to years ago, I know this because I helped my son study for his GCSE maths.
