Same thing everyone else does with their TV commercial ideas.

Write down your pitch (idea). Your pitch should be less than one page long, direct and to the point. Have it dated and notorized. Send one copy to yourself which should remain unopened when it arrives, as proof that the idea was yours in case they swipe it, and one copy to the Marketing Director of the company whose product you are advertising in your commercial. Make sure you send it certified to an actual person...don't just send it to "Attention: Marketing Director." Include your contact info. And follow up directly with the person you sent it to via telephone in 30 days. Good luck!

write it down...copyright it...then shop it to ad agencies, chicago, NYC or LA.
