i only need about 20gb just want to know can i just get an ibm hdd and fit it in

Any 2.5inch hard drive will be suitable.

if you have no clue abut computers and the inside of a lap top is very small take it to best buy and ask them to install a HDD (10GB) this will give you room for the windows program (or what ever) and some place to store things you wil need to download some of your saved stuff now and then but that is not hard....
