+ It is a function of local supply. Much of the oil is going into #2 fuel oil and less is going into "gas" so your transportation fuel supply is lower and there is a higher demand on gas seen through the "vote" by dollars that people are willing to pay. I get the idea that you don't pay for your heating? Maybe your heating is covered by rent or someone else?
