Well it cant be Liverpool cause Celtic beat them at Anfield a couple of seasons ago in the UEFA cup. Celtic are unbeaten at home in European competition.
I dont think there is any English team unbeaten in all European competitions. But then maybe you just meant this year.

If you think there's a only, then I confirm it's Liverpool.
I personally don't know how many teams are unbeaten in Europe but I am sure Liverpool is yet to be beaten at home!
Liverpool won 3-2 against Galatasaray, 2-0 against PSV and 3-0 against Bordeaux in their Champions League group games at Anfield.
Before that, Liverpool beat Maccabi Haifa 2-1 at Anfield in the third round qualifiers.

Coventry played one season in the Fairs Cup and won both home matches (but lost 6-1 at Bayern Munich). QPR have played two seasons in the UEFA Cup and are unbeaten at home as are Millwall who drew their only home match in the UEFA Cup. Stoke are unbeaten at home in 2 UEFA Cup seasons and Sunderland are unbeaten at home in their one season in Europe in the ECWC.
