Can't offer the answer; but "ship shape and Bristol fashion" is a naval term for everything being ready - at optimum level - perfect - etc. But it has the word "country" before it...

Hope this helps your thought processes.

And I'll be thinking about this one myself - and checking back to see if anyone got it!

Think I may have just been inspired...

TURKEY BREAST!

Country - Turkey
And "Bristol" is slang for breasts. (Bristol City - Titty)

Turkey with all the trimmings
Turkey being a country and ship-shape and Bristol fashion refers to ships being in good trim in other words ready for sea

Though it has nothing to do with Christmas, Brunel's steamship, the SS Great Britain, is open to the public in a dry dock in Bristol.

Mrs Christmas has big knockers. You find big knockers on a country house and bristols are another word for knockers.
