In some states there are still laws on the books making it a crime, yes. Whether or not your state is one, something you'd have to look up. It is illegal in Louisiana. It is also still illegal to wear high heels in downtown Baton Rouge. Some very old, outdated, and discriminatory laws haven't been repealed or struck down, they're just ignored.

I've never heard of a law that says oral sex is illegal.

I never heard of it being illegal here in Canada .
WHo the heck would have the right to try and take away two peoples freedom?
when did the government go from "for the people" to Dictatorship ?
And when will the people be brave enough to stand up and say "Enough Is ENOUGH"
