how can u enlarge ur breast with out surgery? I hate how ppls say im flat chested IM not really i think im like 38 b and im 13 but my friends have bigger breast than I do and I HATE being teased HELP!

sweetie, do not complain. I'm a 36B and I'm 25 and I don't think I'll be growing anytime soon.
You should be thankful. By the way, all those girls who are bigger than you are not that all lucky. Some people with big breasts have back problems because of it.
Also having smaller breasts has it advantages there are certain tops and dresses you can wear tastefully that a big breasted woman can't.
Lastly, while I usually don't tell people to look at models but most of them are NOT big breasted. It may seem that way in some ads (it's called push up bra) but most of them are not well endowed.
It's NOT a bad thing trust me. There are plenty of pros and cons on both sides of the field.
It really sounds like you came out on the middle end like me. there will plenty of women who are smaller and bigger than you.

It depends on your genes. When I was 13 I had little breast, and I wanted bigger one's I am know 21 and whished I had a lot smaller one's then I do know. Wait Girls develop at diffrent ages. Also you can take after your mother's side of the family or your father's. In my case I took after my mother's and my sister took after our fathers. It just depends. Wait until you my age or even older to decide about that kind of stuff.

You have plenty of time to grow. Teenagers grow at different rates and different ages. It is too early in your life to worry.
Enjoy your body. No matter what shape you are you will find somebody to love you. And it will all change when you have a baby anyway.

You're a 38B? & you're 13?! PLEASE stop complaining...I'm 19 & I have a 34A...besides, I didn't grow my itty bitty boobs till I was 15! So I haven't had boobs for a long while like most girls my age. Trust me you have nothing to worry about. Also you don't really want them too big cuz you'll have back problems
