I need some tips my parents are gtting PISSED how can I do this quickly

For now, concentrate on getting things just picked up first - you can make the bed, vacuum, etc. later. Do the easy things first, like putting dirty laundry in the hamper and gathering up all the trash to be thrown away. You might be able to get away with stuffing some things in the closet until you have more time for cleaning later.
In the future, you might want to invest in some of those roller carts like you see at Wal-Mart that contain 3 drawers. I think they're $10 or $15. You could use one drawer as an "Inbox"...this is where you would put all loose papers. Another one could be a "miscellaneous" drawer, which would everything that you don't already have a place for. Do things in steps. First pick up trash and throw it away. Then pick up dirty clothes and put them into a basket or hamper. Then begin throwing away things that you no longer need/use. After that, take cardboard boxes, and organize things to be stored in a closet or extra room in your house. Take everything else, and find a proper, fitting, easily accessible place for it. Vacuum. Make your bed. Sprinkle rose petals around, and light a few candles (just kidding about this part). Besides these tips, it's kind of hard to tell someone how to clean their room...

First, sort everything into 3 piles - stuff that belongs in your room, stuff that doesn't, and trash. Take everything out of your room that doesn't belong and put it away. Take the trash out. Next, put what's left into piles - clothes, CDs, games, books, toys, etc. Then, put everything where it belongs.

put everything on your floor on your bed and then vacuum the floors and then but everything where it goes and make the bed
it goes like 20 times faster this way
