Hi, I'm a 14 year old transgender. I want to get girl's clothes ASAP. How can I get them when I'm shopping for clothes with my mom? My mom has to drive me, obviously, but I usually just get the clothes and give them to her so she'll pay. What should I do this time so that I can get them without her knowing?

I am transgendered also. I recommend you come clean with your mom. My mom was very understanding. I also think the younger you talk to others the better off you will be.

There are several things you can do. However, you label yourself as transgender. That may not be the correct term. Either way, if you want to get girl clothes, you can either ask your mother or tell her that you are buying it for a friend for a birthday, holiday, etc. Or, tell her you are going shopping on your own and see what you can do. You could always buy them off ebay... Maybe you should speak to your mom about it though. She's going to find out about it eventually either by you or someone else telling her, or her finding the clothes somewhere. I reckon it's better for you to be open with her than have her freak out when she finds out by herself, and then be stressing over how to bring it up with you. Can you talk to your mom about it?

tell your mom that you want to dress like a girl. then if she wont buy the clothes for you buy them yourself get a job and use your own money.. be honest with her and she might just help you out.

Get one of your friends thats a girl to go with you and it'll look as if she's buying the clothes and dragged you along.

save up some money of your own, and on ur own time go to a clothing store near u, where u can take the bus, walk, or go with a friend, and get them urself....and there is always ebay. lol

I think purchasing girls clothes without your mother's knowledge is the least of your concerns.

best thing i can tell you as a TGirl myself, is this.....come clean with your mom. it took me a long time to do this with my own mother with totally disasterous consequences (she hasnt spoken to me since i showed up at her door dressed en femme and blew her mind when she asked if she could help me ma'am).
do yourself a favor and come clean with your mom. she might just surprise you and go buy the things you need.
