Think about the job and choose something that you probably won't encounter! "People invading my personal space" would be good for a job in telemarketing, where your customers are at the other end of the phone.
Alternately, choose something that makes you sound like a good, moral person. You could say, "I am uncomfortable when I'm asked to lie" or "I am uncomfortable when I see people in need who aren't receiving the help they need." Blah blah blah...

I have never been asked that question in 25 years of working. However, you may wish to consider not so much what is said, but how it is said...
"I am uncomfortable around people who don't look me square in the eye when they speak or listen. That makes me wonder is they are honest, paying full attention and speak with integrity about a given subject".

Knowing that the hiring decision will be made by some retard from Human Resources rather than someone who knows anything about the job I'm trying to get.

Teammates who don't give their all (it makes you sound like a team player and that you're going to contribute).

People being too close. I hate it when someone is standing far too close for comfort - especially when you dont really know them
