any ideas on how to keep the grip on basketball shoes?

this is an old trick that my JR. high basketball team uses : get hair spay and spray it on the bottom of your basketball shoes for extra grip for the court.ONLY USE FOR INDOOR WOOD COURTS

They sell sticky mats that you step on. High School basketball teams use them so you get more traction. They arent very expensive and im sure you can buy them at any sporting goods store

don't wear them on outdoor surfaces such as concrete courts, sidewalks, roads, etc.

ALWAYS use them indoors no matter what, they will last for a good two or three years.

i have no idea but i would love to know too....and how do you make a sneaker stop squeaking!? its driving me crazy!
