how do you put the sims 2 downoads on the sims 2?

i download some stuff for the sims 2, how do i put it in the game(the sims 2).

Go to My Documents, and from there...:

My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads

Drop your downloaded packages in this folder. If the folder doesn't exist, then create it. If they're .package files, just moving them there is enough. If they're .Sims2Pack files, you'll have to open them to quickly install them.
