Dawson for a boy, or Dakota can fit both boy or girl. Get yourself a baby name book. It will show you how to put together names and how many syllables per name would sound good together. It can also show where the trends are going. All of my children's names, mainly middle names are names of other family members including my own and my son's father's middle name. It honors those in your family that you love and keeps their memory alive long after they aren't. All of my children's names have their grandmother, aunts, cousins, father's and my memory ingrained into their names. Good luck.

I named my children
Chelsea Diane, Mariah Jean, Cynthia Nicole, Jacob James

My daughters name is Amberly (Amber-Lee). I have only ever seen it used one other time and that was on a Law and Order Episode about a month ago.
She is 2 1/2 now and the name fits her perfectly.
