Venom = carrying venom
Poisonous = if consumed it is toxic.
Daddy Long Legs are neither. And even if you dried them up I doubt it would do much. Foe example I know when you cok scorpions you have to cook them well or when you eat the tail end you can have mild side effects.
But in general venom is something that is only gotten from the living, and when dead there are such small amounts. And they're not poisonous either. Neither species are a real danger to humans.
"If these spiders were indeed deadly poisonous but couldn't bite humans, then the only way we would know that they are poisonous is by milking them and injecting the venom into humans. For a variety of reasons including Amnesty International and a humanitarian code of ethics, this research has never been done." - from snopes.com

possibly, but if they are dried surely the poison would dry up with them?
But, saying that, the powder from the dried venom might still work - but you will be there for forever!
What about farming and milking them like they do with snakes?
Why do you want to know this?

This is an urban myth. Daddy longlegs don't carry any poison at all. You couldn't make poison from them.

Well maybe but there wouldn't be much in each so it would take a long time to get a good amount of poison.

You would need to harvest the venom from many live ones and use it on a sharp object (like a blow dart) in order to use it to kill people. HAHAHA what fun that would be.
