How can I make a Macintosh iMac with OS 9 into a server for a website?

I would like to make a website, with my own server. The Mac is the best computer I think I have that can be used for a server right now...
I would like it to be able to handle PHP, Perl, CGI, HTML Files, and be accessible to anyone.

add some memory and install os x! Not worth the headaches on os9.
