I know I am...I just watched See No Evil, with a bunch of dudes that were sent to a hotel for community service, to find themselves getting killed...one by one.. it was allright and all...but I hate to see the same plots...its like Jeepers Creepers, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Hills Have Eyes, and basically all other scary movies...that AREN'T..ya know?..well the actors get paid...and they do ACT good...and I pay to watch it...so in the end is a win/win/lose situation...dunno

Me too! It's like all these new movies are 'remakes'. the only thing that changes are the actors and the plot a bit...you know what's going to happen next....other really suck like Terror at Amytville and the House of Wax(just horrible)....there are others that are better and spooky like The Ring I ...if you want a real good scare check out the classics like Psycho, the Exorcist or The Shining....

i like to watch scary movies 'cause the girl who i've gone with like to hang on to me.... * ) ...that's the best part

before you go out to the movies make sure you login to eonline.com or imdb.com and check out the reviews so that your experience can be win/win...otherwise you'll be wishing you saw another movie

(!what frog suggests could be good for a change!)

For the most part, Hollywood couldn't do an original AND good horror movie if their economic lives depended on it. Instead, the public receives the same level of predictable idiocy of victims and the overuse of gore and sex to push a film into the public's face. If the studios can't come up with an original idea, they simply remake an old film and modernize it (which still ends up like a piece of crap on the big screen). I would begin to list examples, but I would end up typing so many horrific examples that I would run out of room.

There are a couple films that have been rather decent in the horror/suspense genre. The Ring (Ringu remake) was done well, as was the development of Saw and Hostel. Sadly, a couple standouts cannot compensate for the wholly disastrous industry output which continues to shell out drivel. Hollywood needs to return to using its imagination and break away from its cheaply-designed formulaic devices.

The only ones winning are the studios that end up getting your money if you feel that the movies are not up to par but you still spend your money anyways.

I totally feel what your sayin girl! For the past few years it seems that all so called "scary" movies have the same ole things goin on in them. Its like they get one movie that turns out to be half a** decent and then all others kindof copy that plot with different characters and a slightly different twist lol! I wish for once that they would come out with something really good that is nothing like all the other films here lately.

Amen!!! I'm with you, it's so boring watching the same stupid big boobed girl trip and get murdered or the dumb a**hole jock making out with his slutty girlfriend and getting chopped to pieces while the not so hot people out smart the bad guy (and it's always a guy! are girls not capable of mass murder ) I wanna see something surprising and suspenseful

I'm not a fan of horror movies, but all these recent horror movies look stupid.
