Actually yes they do, but only if they are immature. Spiders like all other arthropods molt, this process allows for the removal of parasites, growth of the body segments and conveniently enough reparation of lost limbs.
Once they reach adulthood, the molts are much less frequent or even non-existant, this is species dependant. Even as juveniles, if the limbs are lost, thye will grow back but they are usually paler and not as strong as the original was. This is one of the side effects of being able to regenerate limbs, the same thing happens with insects, crustaceans, lizards and salamanders too.

here is a pic of some regenerated limbs:
here is a young jumping spider that lost its leg and it grew in quite differently than the others.

Mine did. I have a large Funnel Web spider from the Mojave Desert that had only 7 legs for months. Looking at it today, it has regrown its 8th, and is exactly like a normal-lengthed leg. I was somewhat dumbfounded, as this one is a fully mature specimen. Glad I've been feeding it regularly.

Alright dear, stay calm put the spider down now. that's it.
My Dad had a saying, "If you wish to live and thrive let a spider run alive". No I don't think they do grow back. You could put them back on with super glue. but I don't think it would be beneficial to the spider. The glue might hurt it. Ah or is it Ha.
