What would you do if you were pretty sure your sister_in_law has a thing for you? Even my wife has mentioned she is to concerned about me (more than a sisterinlaw should be anyway). She is married and her husband is also my friend. She is extra flirty when my wife isn't in the room.

If you f9ind its to the point of creepyiness or that she might make a move on you. then let the sister in law know. you love your wife very much and your not interested in starting anything up with her. and that her sister your wife knows this as well. If she didnt' have bad intenstion she will let you know right away like oh my goodness im so sorry you took it that way i was just playing with you i'll back off.
If she doesn't get the hint and continues. then you just tell her she can't come over when your alone if she is going to behave and try to do something to you in that manner.

You need to confront your sister in law. Preferably with your wife in the room. Ask her if she is meaning to be overly flirtacious. Maybe then she will back off.

You have two choices:
1 ignore her flirting and hope it goes away, or
2 talk to your sister-in-law and let her know that her flirting is causing you problems with your wife and if she could tone it down.
That is unless your asking for permission to cheat on your wife, which would just be wrong!
