It really depends on the person who makes the horoscope. My advice read different versions of your horoscope. Find one that pertains to your characteristics. Some are fake but others can be true you just have to read them from the right people

I think only brithcharts can do that accurately or close.
I check my horoscope every week and compare five different sites with each other. If majority is good, then good. If bad, then bad, I'll be very careful.

I would suppose it's because horoscopes use generic verbiage that could apply to a vast majority of people.
