The best way is with finger nail polish remover, but if you don't want to smell like a walking nail salon, baby oil might do the trick, depends on how many days it has been on there.

Good luck

Use either nail polish remover or take a shower and afterwards while still in the shower scrap gently on the skin to remove the polish. i do this when there is polish around my cuticle after polishing my nails.

Nail polish remover preferable acetone free. But either will work. Someone mentioned this being bad for you. It's perfectly ok to use nail polish remover in this instance. It defiantly poses health risks with high exposure. But unless you plan on covering your self in it on a regular basis your fine.

Definately go with fingernail polish remover but DO NOT go with the acetone. That is the product that removes things like fake nails it destroys the glue bond and it is very rough on skin.

Nail polish remover and then a shower to remove all the traces of the remover. You don't want that stuff staying on your skin.

I wouldn't want to use nail polish remover on skin, it can too easily be absorbed through the skin and is not the safest of chemical solvents. It's a tough one. Short of letting it dry and peeling it off (ouch on those short arm hairs) there isn't much you can do.

The best way....that depends on what you mean by best. If it's the fastest, then a filleting knife is best. less damaging but still fast, a sandblaster. Otherwise i would agree, non acetone nail polish remover.
