Drive at 55 MPH. this speed offers optimum mileage. reduce weight on the car. (Kick that 100 lbs of crap you have sitting in the trunk out) Maintain Proper inflation pressure with your tires. Replace oil and filter at the recommend intervals. Make sure your thermostat is working correctly (if the car can not warm up or cold down properly your fuel economy will be effected) replace the fuel filter. if the fuel filter is clogged this will effect your gas mileage. Hope this helps.
