you can't tell unless shes your girlfriend and you two have been together for a long enough time...why do you want to know anyways? weather we wear tampons or pads is none of your business..do you see us ask how do you know if a guys dick is big or small? or how do you know weather a guy is wearing boxers or briefs or about any of your private habits no...because that is your business not ours.

If it's a tampon, they walk normally. If it's a "period" pad they walk like they have timber in their crotch and I think you're gullible enough to believe all this.

Why do you have to know ?
You can tell if a girl is wearing a pad by touching her private area.
As for tampon. Once inserted, there is a string hanging out for retrieval of the tampon. It is kind of difficult to tell by touching.
Asking is the best way.
