a website to a pdf would suffice! Sure would save on a service call just to light the pilot light correctly without blowing anything or anyone up.

This is an unusual number for a Carrier furnace. The thing is Honeywell makes a gas valve with that number. Are you sure you're getting the number directly off the furnace?

The model number for the furnace would be on a sticker off to the side or down underneath the gas valve.
