Pretty good considering how bad the NFC is. They had some losses with Hasselbeck and Alexander out, but they are back and the team is getting good at the right time.
Also, to those who said they are a wild card team at best obviously has no idea what teams are in the NFC West. All you have to do is go 8-8 to win that division.

Anyway, Seattle can certainly make it back to the big game. They just need to get past Dallas and Chicago, whom they are fully capable of beating.
