I've soaked it since thanksgiving with dish soap and water changing solution daily. Anyone having any advice on how I can get this out of my pot I'd appreciate it.

You might try just boiling water in the pot. I know it works great for iron pots. Loosens what ever is in there right up.

When the sweet potato burnt ! Means your nice club cookware waterless and due to overheating the layer coated on the surface is also burnt. You can buy a spray of Dow's non stick polymer and spray it again on and in to your club cookware. It will bring up the same non stick coating.Buy the high heat resistant polymer.Your cookware owner's manual has all the details in it.If you have fill up the guarantee card than return it to the manufacturer for replacement. If you have purchased on your credit card, lodge the claim with your credit card company as material is unsatisfactory.

If it hasn't come out with a soaking like that, you'll need some spray on cleaner. It's by Dawn(I forget what it's called) and works like oven cleaner but it's for cookware. It comes in a blue spray bottle and is sold wherever the dish soap is in the store. In the future, line your bake ware with either parchment paper, foil, or a silicone baking pad.

Try boiling some nice tart green apples in the pot. The acid in the apples might help.

put small amount of dish washing liquid in it with some water, not full to top. heat the pan in oven or on stove. it will boil and you should be able to wash it easily while it is hot. just be careful not to burn yourself on pan or with the hot water. it is best if you have a scrubber or brush with a handle once the water is hot.

You might consider scrubbing them good with rock wool and also using plenty good old elbow grease.
