I've heard of the edgewater and the space needle.. but I've never really been to any nice restaurants in seattle.. and we like all types of food. thanks for any help.

Don't take our word for it. Go to the experts. See website below. It's the listing of the most Romantic restaurants in the Seattle area. My two cents is for Palisade. Went there for our 20th anniversary. Mention it when you make the reservation. They will definitely take care of you there.
