windows has got thousands of files....1927 is nothing ...lol......keep scanning ......dont delete ur windows system files if affected.....scan ur pc and if u find any viruses then delete them....make sure pop-up blocker is on on your browser.....and never click on ads on sites...if you have got smileycentral.....through which you can send smileys to others then delete that its got a virus......u can also try aavast antivirus 4 home edition...its a good anti-virus software...my id is aamir_raza60@hotmail.com......if ur browser doesnt stop pop-ups download mozilla firefox, the best browser available its free ware.....anyway if all this doesnt help...search google or yahoo for solutions....ask me on my id....lol but im not an expert a 14-yr old kid

I am not sure what happening.... a blue screen usually means the blue screen of death when windows crashes. But that screen does not say anything about Evidence. If you have Avast and/or Spybot, set them to do a boot time scan, then restart your computer, it would remain in a blue screen text mode while scanning. Then follow instructions if it finds anything.

Of course let your virus scanner clean/quarentine any threats.
Does the error say VXD and a bunch of numbers?
Try updating your video drivers, run ad-aware and error check yoru hard drive then defraag
(click start>help and support and look up those terms/actions)

What you need to do, is just back up your files, and reformat the computer, and then install a antivirus and antispyware on your computer...It should do the trick!
