I'd have to go with Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues. He's got a voice that sounds like jars of honey pouring into bowls of cream (smoooooooth)!

Monserrat Caballe has the most beautiful voice I have ever heard. She sang Barcelona for the olympics when they were there and sang the song with Freddie Mercury from Queen.
