In the city of San Francisco, there is a permanent skating rink at the Yerba Buena center. This is also the home of the Ice Skating Club of San Francisco.

You can go to the Embarcadero in San Francisco during the holiday season. This is at pier 1 which is right in front of the ferry terminal.

I heard that they sell dresses at SP Teri Inc down in S.San Fransisco. i had to get skates there yet did no longer get an excellent gamble. I appeared up a lot and that's fairly the only one close to me that probally have dresses besides on line and professional shops in rink.

SF for the west side of the bay. East bay there isn't much of anything.

There is an indoor rink in downtown Berkeley
Also, there is a much newer indoor rink in downtown Oakland

like everyone else said..at embarcadero, but there's also another place in sf near the mascone center...i think its the yerba buena center not sure
