What's more important is what can you offer to an employer. Are you reliable about coming in on time? Can you do whatever tasks you are allocated without requiring a lot of supervision? Are you honest? Are you willing to take direction from your supervisor? Can you communicate well?

At 16, you're going to be looking for an entry-level job. You might be able to get work as a vet assistant, or at a stable if you like to work with horses. The pay won't be very good but you'll be gaining experience.

It would probably be a good idea to pick up a standard job application from some local business and take a look at it from the point-of-view of filling it out correctly. Your spelling and punctuation in your question are somewhat whimsical and would not serve you well on a job application. You also need to study the job application with an eye towards selling yourself to your prospective employer. Your employer isn't going to be interested in what you like so much as how much value he is getting in hiring you. What can you offer in the way of skills, abilities, talents or effort that makes you uniquely the person the employer should hire? At a veterinarian's office, it's going to be taken for granted that everyone who applies for a job likes animals. So what do you offer in addition to that? Are you proficient in any computer software? How are your skills at dealing with people? Can you do something like transcribe notes that sets you apart from other people?

Good luck with your job search. I hope you find a good job working with congenial people.

In the future: Science teacher, Scientific Researcher, Professor, Veterinarian, Pediatrician, etc...
You probably want to work on something that is science-related, without ending-up as a laboratory technician (you wouldn't deal with people very much). If you had a research position, you would spend a lot of time in the lab, but you would also have to collaborate with people. If you did marine biology research, you could also deal with animals, but not necessarily mammals. As a Veterinarian you would use science, people-skills and obviously deal with animals.
For now, try to work at a pet store, as a lab tech for a professor, volunteer to help at a zoo, or something like that. These are just some ideas. I hope it helps!
About your language skills, it sounds like English isn't your first language. Either way, these days, it would be an important skill to brush-up on. It could open you more doors.

At sixteen you are pretty limited to where you can work. I would probably suggest for now that you try to work at a pet shop....when you are 18 it would be fantastic if you can work, as an assistant in a day care for special children. I am sure that, that you make these children very happy, to be cared by someone who truly likes and cares about children and it would fufill you immensely to be helping and caring, but most of all, to be loving your job, it's not often one can say that. I wish you alot of luck, you seem to be a very loving person. I wish you great success.

You should work with children... like a daycare, or baby-sitting... taking care of pets while families are away. Since you are creative, working with children would be best.
